Ember & Olive was born from a simple belief: the best meals happen when great ingredients meet genuine warmth. Chef Elena Marchetti brings two decades of Italian culinary training — from the trattorias of Sicily to Michelin-starred kitchens in Rome — to a space designed for lingering.

Every dish on our menu changes with the seasons. We source from local Oregon farms, import heritage ingredients from Italy, and cook over live fire in our custom wood-burning oven. The result is food that feels both timeless and entirely of the moment.
